 Rick Lazar has been a Broker specializing in commercial/industrial sales & leasing and land investments since 1979. He opened Lazar Realty Company, Inc. in San Bernardino, CA in 1981. In addition to commercial/industrial property sales, leasing and management, he has had a great deal of experience in the total process of land acquisition and development, ranging from the acquisition of raw land to the sale of master planned communities.
In 1996, Lazar Realty Company, Inc. formed an association with Century 21 Lois Lauer Realty in order to take advantage of the renewal of interest in land and commercial real estate in Southern California. The company was named Lazar & Lauer Commercial Real Estate and served the Inland Empire for the next ten years. In 2006 Rick Lazar severed the relationship with Lauer and continued as Lazar Commercial Real Estate and at the end of 2006 Lazar purchased the Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise now becoming Coldwell Banker Commercail - Lazar & Associates. CBC Lazar & Associates continues to remain an experienced and knowledgeable presence in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the eastern Inland Empire. In addition to Rick Lazar, the Coldwell Banker Commercial - Lazar & Associates team consists of Spencer Hull Senior Associate, Matt Millett Associate, Howard Whiteside Associate and Tara Talvin Associate.
